Photoshoot Terms & Conditions
Newborn shoots: Infants must be 14 days and under. Infant shoots are only in-home. The photography Director will be position and handling for newborn poses. *** Parent must be present at all times and readily available for care. Please put all pets in a separate room during the photoshoot.
Health Screen Questionnaire:
The Healthscreen is required prior to scheduled shoot. It will be e-mailed 8 hours before scheduled appointment. If you, or anyone else are experiencing flu like symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your photoshoot.
Photoshoot Time & Rescheduling:
If more than 15 minutes late, your photoshoot will need to be rescheduled with the Photography Director. If your photoshoot requires more time, an additional fee will be applied. *** Please note, extended photoshoot time is based off availability, please consult with Photography Director for arrangements to be made. Rescheduling must be made within 24 hours of your photoshoot date.
Service Deposit:
$60 non-refundable service deposit is required at the time of booking your photoshoot appointment. The deposit is applied to the overall balance.
Service Refunds:
Service deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the balance. Rescheduling must be made within 24 hours of photoshoot date.
Wardrobe:
- 2 wardrop changes include in the shoot
- Maternity shoot: Nude undergarments required.
- 1st Look Photography offers maternity dresses for the photoshoot.
Add on Person(s) in photoshoot:
Additional fee of $15 per person applies. Details must be provided at the time of scheduling to best prepare for the photoshoot in advance.
Outdoor Photoshoot Locations:
Must be requested & identified at the time of scheduling, to best prepare for the photoshoot. We accommodate travel fee within our studio location. Additional travel fees may apply.
Props & Decoration:
Photographer may bring props and decorations for the photoshoot. Vision of your shoot will be discussed with the Photography Director in advance to accommodate. Photographer accommodations (lights, backdrops, props, decorations, etc.)
Photo & Video Release:
Form will be provided via e-mail to be used to print your photos. This is required to have your photos printed by a 3rd party.
